Residents have an opportunity to mingle with celebrities, hear a pair of top rhythm and blues singers and dine in style this Valentine's Day.
The West Park Foundation, which raises funds for West Park Healthcare Centre, is hosting its third annual Panache gala at the Ritz-Carlton Saturday, Feb. 14.
The event will feature Grammy Award-winner and R and B icon Thelma Houston and Canada's own queen of R and B and multiple Juno Award-recipient Jully Black.
Former NHL superstar Eric Lindros and CTV film critic Richard Crouse will also be there.
The evening will include fine dining, wine and a live auction. An auction highlight is an ultimate hockey experience with Lindros.
West Park Healthcare Centre is in the midst of a capital campaign to build a new patient care centre.
The gala runs from 6 to 10 p.m. The Ritz-Carlton is at 181 Wellington St. W. and the event is in the ballroom on the second floor.
