Canada's queen of R&B at the LAC

Juno Award winning singer/songwriter Jully Black is inviting fans to join her tomorrow night at the Living Arts Centre for "a special intimate performance." The current queen of Canadian R&B and soul music hits the stage in the RBC Theatre at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $28-$45. Black, 34, became a household name in 2007 when her song, Seven Day Fool , became her first Top 10 hit. Her second album, Revival , was released that same year and won a Juno Award for R&B/Soul Recording of the Year. Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Black has been nominated for a 2012 Juno Award for her song, Set It Off , featuring Kardinal Offishall.
